Providing appropriate working conditions as well as protecting and protecting employees from possible injuries in the workplace is one of the main concerns of organizations. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate destructive phenomena such as bullying and identify its examples so that appropriate action can be taken to deal with them, so the purpose of this study is to design a model to prevent bullying. The present study is one of the qualitative researches, it is of Grounded theory type and the required data were collected through in-depth interviews with 20 experts, professors and university administrators who were selected by theoretical sampling method. Data are collected through in-depth semi-structured interviews, and simultaneously with detailed procedures in three stages of open, axial, and selective coding; Analyzed by Strauss and Corben method. Then, in the axial coding stage, the relationship between these categories was determined under the headings of causal conditions, axial phenomena, strategies, contextual conditions, intervening conditions and consequences. The results showed that in the first stage, 777 initial codes were obtained. In selective coding, these concepts were transformed into 555 categories and finally 75 main categories were extracted, each of which are sub-categories of the systematic model (causal conditions (organizational factors, occupational factors, managerial factors and individual factors), central phenomenon, background conditions (social, situational and environmental), intervening conditions (characteristics of bullies, Gender differences between men and women, ethnic differences of employees, political game, lawlessness, strategies (bullying management, bullying control and bullying change) and consequences (organizational, individual, moral and social) included.
