چکیده

این مطالعه به بررسی نقش گروه جهادی طلاب عباد، به عنوان یک سازمان مردم نهاد بومی و دین‌ محور، در توسعه اجتماع‌ محور روستاهای مذکور، با ﺗﺄکید بر قابلیت‌های این گروه در حل چالش‌های پیش روی این رویکرد از توسعه می‌پردازد. در بخش چارچوب مفهومی مفاهیم توسعه اجتماع‌ محور و چالش‌های پیش روی آن و نیز سازمانهای مردم نهاد مورد بحث قرار گرفته است. این تحقیق، پژوهشی اکتشافی و میدانی است که با رویکرد کیفی انجام شده است و در آن داده‌های مورد نیاز با ابزار مصاحبه عمیق، مشاهده و بررسی عکس، اسناد و مدارک جمع‌آوری شده است. پس از آن ضمن کدگذاری داده‌ها در قالب تم‌های فرعی و اصلی، یافته‌های تحقیق با استفاده از روش تحلیل تماتیک، مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد؛ گروه عباد فعالیت‌های تبلیغی‌اش را به حوزه احکام و مناسک دینی محدود نکرده، به طوری که با گسترش فعالیت‌هایش در عرصه‌های اجتماعی و تربیتی و نیز با تعمیق ارتباطات خود با جامعه روستایی، تبدیل به گروهی مرجع در روستاهای بخش دُرُح از توابع شهرستان سربیشه در بیرجند شده است. ضمناً از قابلیت‌های گروه برای حل چالش‌های پیش روی توسعه اجتماع‌ محور روستایی می‌توان به؛ قابلیت اطلاع‌ رسانی و ارائه مشاوره به مسئولین محلی، قابلیت کمک رسانی به مردم در جهت درک دغدغه‌های مشترک اجتماع و حل آنها، قابلیت هماهنگ ‌سازی اجتماع و قابلیت ایجاد یک گروه اجتماع‌ محور مستقل اشاره کرد.

This study represents the role of the Ebad Theologue Jihadi Group as an indigenous and religion-based NGO in the development of the aforementioned community-based villages underlining the capabilities of this group to resolve the forthcoming challenges of this aspect of development.
In the conceptual framework, the concepts of community-based development and its forthcoming challenges and also the non-governmental organizations have been taken into account. This study is a probative and qualitative research that has been conducted with a qualitative approach in which the required data has been collected through profound interviews, and the observation and evaluation of photos, documents and papers. Then, while the data is codified as the primary and secondary themes, the findings by the use of thematic analysis have been analyzed. The research findings show that Ebad Group has not restricted its promotional activities to religious rituals; so by the expansion of its activities in social and educational fields and also by deepening its ties with rural communities, it has been the main source group in the rural areas of Doroh in Sarbisheh district in Birjand. Additionally, other capabilities of the group to resolve the forthcoming challenges of the development of the rural, social-based communities that are worth mentioning are: the ability to inform and provide consultation to local authorities, the ability to help people understand and solve their common social concerns, the ability to create community coordination, and finally the ability to create an independent community-based group.
